I’m not the most flexible guy in the world and before I started yoga I definitely didn’t know how deep it really went. But I have to say, after doing Isha Yoga with Vaneeta, I’ve never felt consistently better every single day. It’s the rock in my life. No matter what is going on outside, internally I feel a calm centeredness.

Vaneeta Mahtani, the founder of Yoga Logic, is trained and certified in Classical Hatha Yoga through the Isha School of Hatha Yoga, under the guidance of Sadhguru – with a minimum of 1750 hours of in-class training.
Having been abroad for a few years, Vaneeta is back teaching in London, UK where she has been teaching since 2017. She has taught in India, Canada, Thailand, Romania, UK and is now offering Yoga, and wellbeing coaching, in the city of London and surrounding areas.

Yoga & Food
Once the foundations of yoga have been experienced, people often turn towards other dimensions of the yogic path, one of these is eating the correct food. Yogis eat what is known as a ‘satvick’ diet, which acts as a support to their practice. The purpose of yoga, as of a satvick diet, is to elevate one’s ‘prana’, we can loosely call this ‘energy’ in English. Foods have certain qualities, making them either positive pranic, negative pranic, or neutral. I can advise you on these aspects of the discipline too, as well as other aspects of nutrition.
