Mindful Living is one in a series of three Hatha Yoga classes suitable for anyone age four and above including expectant mothers. People with restricted mobility can also take part in the Mindful Living class. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Mindful Living incorporates the beginning of breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness, leading to distance between you and the constant chatter in the mind. This distance between you and your mind will lead to a reduction in stress levels, anxiety and worry leading to an overall sense of health and wellbeing.
