When you are feeling this way, it is very easy to get stuck and to not know how to move on.
We will help you to work out the way forward and put you on the path to being true to yourself, being happy and living a life of meaning and purpose.

We’ll start with an initial consultation of 1.5 hours to look at your diet and habits around food. Then we’ll put together a plan for you, review this as required, and monitor progress against the plan.
