Please note, the price of £170 is for group workshops (minimum of 4 people). A private, one-to-one session is £250.
Angamardana: The Ultimate Yogic Workout
Angamardana (Body Rewrite) is the most physical of the Isha Hatha Yoga practices that we offer, and is best suited for those who are in a relatively good level of fitness. It is more of an intermediate program, however it can be done as a beginner’s program for those who are already generally physically fit.
Angamardana is offered as a 10.5 hour workshop spread over 1.5 days, for a total of 3 sessions. Timings are usually as follows:
Saturday: 8 to 11.30 am & 4.30 to 8 pm
Sunday: 3 to 6.30 pm
All three sessions are mandatory in order to learn the entire sequence and be qualified to practice at home.
- Angamardana is suitable for those in good health, aged 14 and above, regardless of previous experience with yoga
- Not suitable for pregnant women or those trying to conceive
- Please consult a doctor before registering if you have had surgery within the last 6 months, if you have back, neck, leg or hip problems, or if you have had an artificial joint replacement
