We offer three multi-session workshops which further expand on the concepts introduced in our INTRO sessions. These are Mindful Living, which is the practice of Yogasanas, Inner Energy, a very profound practice known as Surya Kriya and Body Rewrite, also known as Angamardana.

Although attending our INTRO sessions is not a prerequisite for enrolling in any of our workshops, we certainly recommend them as the optimal starting point for those who are new to yoga.

Each workshop is based on one of the three essential spheres of ultimate health – Mind, Body and Energy.
